I founded this center to provide a culturally sensitive space for the Latino community to break generational cycles and build strong family relationships.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of children and parents in both individual and group therapy – helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, family conflict, child abuse, domestic violence, and other diverse issues.

Now, I focus on helping children, teens, and parents heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I’m passionate about creating awareness and normalizing access to mental health services, empowering women, encouraging self-care practices and supporting women owned businesses in the Latino community.

With 3 children of my own, I’m no stranger to the joys and challenges of parenting. Outside of therapy, I love playing board games like UNO, Battleship, Don’t Break the Ice, and Loteria. I’ll always choose to watch a funny movie because I love laughing.
